Actually I just wanted to comment the company for its wonderful customer service. My 6-year old son got this remote car as a gift this past January as Christmas gift and it has been a hit since then. Really fun car for the car (and occasionally fore the adults) to play with, my 2.5 year old also calls it the "amazing car." But I mostly writing this review to discuss the high quality customer service this company provides. I had an issue with car after six months of usage and just emailed them on a Sunday afternoon, got a response Sunday evening with the issue resolved by Tuesday. They shipped us a new car because they thought the previous car might had a defect. A simple email and prompt, lightning speed customer service - very refreshing in this day and age of modern e-commerce. So thank you Force1!
