Had issues, but they were resolved by great customer service

My daughter received this for her birthday and was very excited to start using it. After a full charge, we noticed that it was only lasting for maybe one two minute flight and would then need a re-charge. This seemed wrong to me, so I contacted customer service. They send me a new battery and charger. This didn't resolve the issue either, so I requested a whole new drone unit be sent out to me. They agreed and the new unit arrived in a few days. That replacement unit works absolutely great! We tested it out in the neighborhood and the battery lasted long enough for 5-6 kids to get turns flying the drone. Great fun and great customer service!
