Not built to last

The straps near the poles started to fail, but it still stood up after a week. Right now, it's disassembled unless I try fixing the seams. Nonetheless, the kids did love it.

Had an issue but their CX team was amazing and rectified situation

I bought my first tent and there was a manufacturing issue that presented itself a few weeks after using. I was not too happy, but talked with the customer support and they went above and beyond to help fix the situation. SUPER happy with everything and couldn't be more thrilled that my daughter loves it.
