Are your toys safe to use?
- Yes, our toys are made with 100% non-toxic materials and are safe for children to use.
What if the item I’d like to order is out of stock?
- If the item you’d like to order is out of stock, please email us at support@usatoyz.com and we can advise you when it will be in stock again.
Can I preorder toys?
- Yes! If you sign up to get our emails you will be the first to know when a preorder is available.
Do you accept bulk orders?
- We do! For bulk orders, kindly reach out to us at support@usatoyz.com
Are these toys recyclable?
- Most of our toys are not recyclable in their entirety but do have recyclable packaging or pieces that can be recycled.
Do you offer membership discounts?
- While we don’t have membership discounts at this time, we do offer coupons and sales frequently. Sign up for our exclusive mailing list and receive 10% off your first order!
Orders
Can I order by phone?
- We don’t currently have an order by phone option but feel free to email us so we can assist you with placing the order. We can always have someone call you.
How will I know if my order came through?
- Once you place an order with usatoyz.com, we will provide you with a confirmation number. You will receive a confirmation email to let you know that your order is being processed. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, feel free to reach us at support@usatoyz.com.
Can I change my order once it’s placed?
- We do our best to fulfill your order as soon as possible so if you need to make a change, please email support@usatoyz.com asap so we can help.
What if I made a mistake or change my mind after I placed the order? Can I cancel the order?
- We do our best to fulfill your order as soon as possible so if you need to cancel your order please email support@usatoyz.com ASAP so we can help. If the order has already shipped, once it arrives you can return it to us for a refund (minus any shipping charges).

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay and PayPal
What do I do if my payment is declined?
- You can check your billing address and make sure it matches with what your bank has on file. We are not privy to any details on why your payment is declined so it’s best to contact the number on the back of your card to understand why your payment couldn’t be processed.
Will I be charged when I cancel my order?
- If your order is successfully canceled before shipping, you may see a pending charge which typically drops off your bank account/credit card within a few business days.
Why was my order canceled?
- The only reason an order would be canceled would be if it was flagged by the system as a potential risk for suspicious activity.
What if I need to send the toys as a gift?
- You can send the item as a gift without a receipt being in the box. We don’t currently offer gift wrapping.
Shipping
Do you ship outside the US?
- We don’t currently ship outside of the US but we do have an Amazon account in Canada, please visit us at Amazon CA.
How long will it take to receive my order?
- Standard shipping times can be from 5-7 business days, expedited shipping is 3-5 business days.
Can I change my delivery address once I’ve placed my order?
- We’re unable to change the delivery address on an order that has been placed. You can email us to cancel the order and reorder it with the correct shipping address.
I have ordered multiple items but they were shipped separately. Is that normal?
- We want to get everything you ordered, delivered as fast as we can! That being said, you may receive multiple packages if you ordered more than 1 item. Please reach out to support@usatoyz.com if you have any concerns or don't see additional tracking numbers.
My order hasn’t arrived yet? What do I do?
- Please check your tracking number if the order has not arrived. During peak times carriers can be a bit delayed. If tracking shows delivered and you do not have the item please email us at support@usatoyz.com for assistance.
How much do you charge for shipping?
- We’re proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders on our site!
Returns and Refunds
I have received an incorrect or incomplete order. What should I do?
- If your order was not received in full please email us at support@usatoyz.com. We will be glad to check on it for you.
What should I do if I received a damaged or defective product?
- If you receive something that seems to be damaged or defective please email us at support@usatoyz.com. We can offer troubleshooting to figure out the root cause of the issue and take steps from there to remedy the situation.
What if I need to return a product purchased from USA Toyz?
- If you need to return something, please contact us at support@usatoyz.com with your order information and we can assist you.
What will it cost me to make a return?
- Depending on the reason for the return there may be a return shipping charge.
How long will it take to process a return?
- Once we receive a return to our warehouse you can expect to see a refund within 3 business days.
If I send someone a gift, can he return the product or exchange it for something else?
- We will gladly help the gift recipient exchange their unused item for something else if they contact us directly at support@usatoyz.com.
Can I return items purchased on sale?
- Yes. For sale product returns, kindly email us at support@usatoyz.com with your order information and we’ll be happy to assist.
