Shipping & Returns

At USA Toyz we are happy to help with any issues that you may encounter and we stand behind our products 100%. We understand that you may change your mind and want to return an item. We're happy to accept a return within 30 daysfrom purchase for a refund as long as the item is unopened.  

The original shipping cost won't be included in the refund amount and if the shipping was free upon purchase you will receive a refund minus our cost of shipping. Please make sure you include your order number with any return request.

 

To have your return processed properly please follow these steps:

1.     Contact USA Toyz Customer Service Department at support@usatoyz.com 

       We will make a note of your incoming return and provide the correct shipping address.   

2.     For a refund, items must be in original packaging and in new condition.

3.     Include a copy of your order number in the box to ensure proper processing.

3.     When you mail your return to us please make sure to use a cardboard box and protective packaging materials.

 

Although rare, should you encounter any manufacturer defects with your product please contact us at support@usatoyz.com so we can process an exchange for you right away and provide you with a prepaid return label!

Please note that if you received a gift from USA Toyz we do not offer a store credit option at this time. If you want to exchange your gift for a different item please e-mail us at support@usatoyz.com and have the order ID from the purchaser.
