Shipping & Returns

At USA Toyz we are happy to help with any issues that you may encounter and we stand behind our products 100%. We understand that you may change your mind and want to return an item. We're happy to accept a return within 30 daysfrom purchase for a refund as long as the item is unopened.  

The original shipping cost won't be included in the refund amount and if the shipping was free upon purchase you will receive a refund minus our cost of shipping. Please make sure you include your order number with any return request.


To have your return processed properly please follow these steps:

1.     Contact USA Toyz Customer Service Department at 

       We will make a note of your incoming return and provide the correct shipping address.   

2.     For a refund, items must be in original packaging and in new condition.

3.     Include a copy of your order number in the box to ensure proper processing.

3.     When you mail your return to us please make sure to use a cardboard box and protective packaging materials.


Although rare, should you encounter any manufacturer defects with your product please contact us at so we can process an exchange for you right away and provide you with a prepaid return label!

Please note that if you received a gift from USA Toyz we do not offer a store credit option at this time. If you want to exchange your gift for a different item please e-mail us at and have the order ID from the purchaser.
