- Ensure your return is unopened in its original packaging.
- Email our team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
- One of our specialists will provide you with information to return your item.
- Securely pack your return and take it to any carrier of your choice and send it to the return address.
- Check your email for return confirmation – refunds are typically processed within 2-3 days of receiving your return.
- If your return was received at our warehouse and it has been longer than a couple of days please email us at email@example.com with your tracking number and order number so we can help right away!
